5 x 400M run

Rest period between 400s is 150% of your work set (for example a 90 sec work set would get 120 seconds of rest before the next effort). If pace slows by more than 5 seconds perform 10 burpees.

    Two and a half years ago I had major surgery on my knee and was told by the doctor that I’d probably never be able to run again….
