“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

    Tabata is a rough workout. I ended with 8 pull-ups, 12 push-ups, 11 sit-ups, and 16 squats. Total Min. reps of 47. Everyone was a little sore from yesterday, but put forth effort regardless. Good job everyone!

    Great job to everyone in the morning classes!

    I Did 10 x 3 front squats first at 255lbs
    then completed the tabata as RXd
    lowest reps were:
    8 pull-up (should’ve done 10… sandbagger)
    9 push -ups
    12 sit-ups
    17 squats
