With a continuously running 20 minute clock.

Every minute on the minute:
3 SDLHP (95/65lbs)
4 Power Cleans (95/65lbs)
5 Burpees

If you have more than 25 seconds of rest going into the 15th round, add 1 rep to each movement for the last 5 minutes. If you fail to complete a work set before the 60 second window expires your score will be the previously completed minute plus the rep of the movement you were on. (ex. 13 minutes + 3 burpees).
