“THE AIR FORCE WOD”
For time (with a 95/65lb barbell):
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

*Perform four burpees at the top of every minute (beginning with “3..2..1..GO!”) before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once they have completed all 20 reps. If the top of the minute occurs during a repetition the athlete will complete that rep and then start their four burpees.
