Body weight bench press (e.g., same amount on bar as you weigh)
Pull-ups
Body weight back squats (e.g., same amount on bar as you weigh)

20 minutes to establish a 3 rep max thruster.

Then
9 Minute time-limit:
30 Ring Dips
40 Wallballs, 20/14lb
50 Deadlifts, 135/95lb
Row as many meters as possible with any remaining time

For time:
50 Box jumps 24 (inch box),
50 Jumping pull-ups,
50 Kettlebell swings (1 pood),
Walking Lunge 50 steps,
50 Knees to elbows,
50 Push press (45 pounds),
50 Back extensions,
50 Wall ball shots (20 pound ball),
50 Burpees,
50 Double unders.

4 x 400M run

Complete all rounds using a 1 to 1.5 wok/rest ratio (example 800M takes 3 minutes to complete then rest for 4.5 minutes). Post times to comments.

“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
