CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

ANYONE can do crossfit. Any size, any age, any gender, any fitness level, ANYONE!
All movements can be adapted to your fitness level and your body. Everyone has to start somewhere and if you want faster results, a stronger body and to have more fun then we would LOVE to have you.

In March 2016, I decided to change my life around and start eating healthy and going to the gym. I weighed 190 lbs at the time. I went 6 days a week and kept eating healthy for the most part. One year later I lost around 28 lbs and gained a good amount of muscle but the gym started to be boring so I decided to try CrossFit and see what all the hype was about. I registered for the free class, showed up and was so impressed with how friendly and welcoming the people were. The coach, Judd, was awesome and went through the workout with me. Since that day, I’ve never looked back and try to go there as much as I can. Since then, I lost another 10lbs. CrossFit helped me so much more mentally than it did physically. It showed me what I'm capable of doing and what I need to work on. I would like to thank all the coaches and people who work out there for cheering me on and encouraging me to bring out the best in myself. If you’ve never tried CrossFit, give it a shot! It'll never get boring and you’re only going to get better.
