New to CrossFit?
Does the workout listed on the website look impossible to complete?
We’ve all been there and understand your concern. All new members will be taught how to complete movements required for a workout and will then be evaluated on their ability to safely perform those movements.
CrossFit is not just for elite athletes. You don’t need to be “in shape” before you try it. All of our workouts can be scaled down based on an individual athlete and his/her needs.
We encourage you to come try out a class for free. Our coaches will guide you through the movements and modify if necessary. No appointment needed. If you wish to contact us, please visit our contact page.
